KIDS EASTER BOXING CAMP Starts on 3 Apr 2023. Expires 6 Apr 2023. Get the kids active this Easter bootcamp running Mon 3rd April - Thurs 6th April Sessions run from 10.30am - 1pm Drink and fruit snack provided at break time. Age groups (12-15 years) Sessions consist of fitness games and drills alongside boxing technique, bag work and pad work. Breath-work & Mindset session an added bonus for the 12-15 age group Parents/nannies are welcome to wait in the gym. We have coffee and wifi :) 10% discount available for siblings Daily drop in sessions also available - £30 per day.
Camp notes
Get your child Active this Easter with our Easting Boot Camp - Running over 4 days Monday April 3rd - Thursday April 6th - 10:30hrs - 13:00hrs
A drink and Fruit Snack will be provided at Breaktime
Age is 12yrs - 15yrs
The sessions will consist of fitness games and drills alongside boxing technique, bag and pad work. An emphasis on FUN and FUNCTIONAL fitness which can carry over to other sports will be one of our main aims on the course.
Our aim is to Inspire the children..
An added bonus for your child will be a Breath-work and Mindset segment at the end of each session*
Parents/Grandparents are welcome to wait in the gym. We have coffee and wifi :)

*For those unfamiliar with Breath-work:
